IMO CCP should be feeling pressure like this as well. A lot of us have paid decent money into this game where we get constant delays on content, broken patches, practically no hotfixes and a dev team that won't tell us anything and a support crew who are about as helpful as bananas. ... Isn't that article about a federal investigation about misleading stockholders? I don't know about you, but I personally don't own any shares from CCP.
On top of that, CCP is a privately-owned company. But at the very least, you can see there Annual Report here.

EDIT: Alright. Let me rephrase this, as i wasn't very clear with what I meant. I'm not saying that we should sue CCP for all their monies, I'm saying CCP should take this as a warning, Battlefield 4 has been a horrible since release and people aren't happy, and look at the results now. Yet we get results just like this consistently and CCP just laughs in our faces. I've stopped paying for this game a long time ago now. It sucks because I really do like the game, but CCP just treats this as a side project and jerk around a loyal playerbase.
How misleading is your post despite your effort to clarify.
1. There have been constant hotfixes since even before the day Dust 514 ever reached open beta and still does to this day. You'll even see hotfixes coming tomorrow as noted in the link below:

2. A Dev team that won't tell us anything? Explain the Dev Blogs and the link. I guess those don't technically count as "telling us", right?
3. The customer support may not be perfect, but at least you get a human to respond compared to what Gamestop has for customer support:
